Led by singers-songwriters-musicians-partners Chelsea Campbell and Derrick Martin (playing guitar and banjo, respectively), St. Frankie Lee sets their songs of murdered lovers and angry mobs against a timeless rhythm section (upright bass and brushed snare and bass drum), atmospheric accents (including accordion, piano, cello, and mandolin), and lead, of course, by the sexually-charged vocals of its two dynamic leaders.
